Products must be returned in the original packaging and in the original condition they were delivered to you within 30 days of purchase date.
Verilux warrants our products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of the original retail purchase from Verilux or an authorized Verilux distributor. This warranty excludes bulbs or parts. All Verilux Bulbs and Parts have 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Proof of Purchase is required for all warranty claims. Returns over 30-days from the date of delivery are not accepted. Please contact Customer Service with any questions or concerns.
Exchanges will be processed within our return policy guidelines and as a separate transaction. Please attach the Return Authorization Number- RMA- to the outside of the package, once received from Verilux the customer is required to pay return shipping.
Products must have been purchased directly from Verilux. Credits or exchanges through one of our valued resellers must be initiated through the company where the sale originated.
Items ordered through Verilux and received damaged or defective will be replaced at no cost to you. Please contact Customer Service for resolution via our online customer service form or by phone at 1-888-544-4865.
